An upper level storm system will swing across the area this
morning producing periods of snow showers. The greatest snowfall
will occur across the higher elevations of southwest Virginia and
northeast Tennessee, but only light accumulations are anticipated
over the northeast Tennessee Valley.
The snow showers will diminish to flurries by late morning before
ending.

* WHAT...Snow showers expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to
possibly two inches are expected. The greater accumulations
will be across the higher elevations.
