    * At 518 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms
    producing heavy rain across the warned area. Several reports of
    flooded roadways and mud slides between Abingdon and Bristol, VA.
    Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Additional flooding
    is expected.
