    * At 256 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered showers and
    thunderstorms with moderate to heavy rain moving across the
    advisory area. Radar estimates up to 1 inch of rain has fallen in
    some areas in the past hour, with total rainfall since Friday
    ranging from 1 to over 5 inches. With grounds saturated, any
    additional rainfall will cause minor flooding of streets, low
    lying areas, creeks and streams in the advisory area.
