* At 1057 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that moderate to occasional heavy rain was falling over the area.
The heavy rain will cause flooding. Rainfall amounts of up to one
half inch has fallen in the past hour. Over one inch has fallen in
parts of the area in the last 6 hours.

Oak Ridge, Dayton, Kingston, Rockwood, Loudon, Decatur, Fairview,
Oliver Springs, Spring City, Midtown, Harriman, Graysville,
Stinging Fork Falls State Park, Big Spring, Dearmond, Old
Washington, Paint Rock, Bradbury, Peakland and Eagle Furnace.
Additional rainfall amounts of one half inch or more are possible in
the next few hours in the warned area.
