    * At 1239 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    that heavy rain was falling over the area. The heavy rain may
    cause flooding. Several inches inches of rain have fallen over the
    past few day, so it will not take much rainfall to cause
    additional flooding problems.
