    AREAS OF THE EAST TENNESSEE MOUNTAINS AND AGAIN TONIGHT INTO
    WEDNESDAY MORNING...
    As a winter weather system pulls out of the Southern Appalachian
    Region...northwest flow behind it will generate light snow over
    normally favored upslope areas. The higher elevations could see
    additional accumulating snowfall early this morning. A brief
    break in the snow is forecast throughout the day before snow picks
    up in the favored upslope regions again tonight into Wednesday
    morning.

    MORNING...
    * WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch expected.
    * WHERE...Johnson, Southeast Greene, Unicoi, Southeast Carter
    and Southeast Monroe Counties.
    * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions,
    including during the morning commute. Be prepared for reduced
    visibilities at times.
