    CHILL VALUES EXPECTED INTO WEDNESDAY...
    .A strong upper level disturbance is sliding through the Mid
    South early this morning as arctic air continues to spill into
    the region. Ongoing snow will taper off from northwest to
    southeast during through the morning hours...with flurries likely
    lingering over portions of northeast Mississippi in the early
    afternoon. The combination of very cold temperatures and gusty
    northwest winds will produce wind chill values to zero or
    slightly below, mainly along and north of Interstate 40 through
    noon today.

    AFTERNOON...
    ...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM

    * WHAT...Snow gradually expected to come to an end this afternoon.
    Plan on slippery road conditions. Additional snow accumulations
    of up to one inch are expected. Very cold wind chill values
    expected between zero to five below zero tonight into Wednesday
    morning.
    * WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi and West Tennessee.
    * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 3 PM today. For
    the Wind Chill Advisory, zero to five degrees below zero
    tonight.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
    times until the snow ends. The cold wind chills will cause
    frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.

    .An arctic front will move through the Mid-South late this
    afternoon into this evening. Light snow is expected to spread
    south this evening and overnight. Snow will intensify over east
    central Arkansas, northwest Mississippi, and into much of west
    Tennessee later tonight. Snow will taper off from northwest to
    southeast on Tuesday. Arctic air will rush into the region tonight
    and wind chill values will drop to zero or below, mainly along and
    north of Interstate 40.
