    * Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Maximum forecast stage of 35.5 feet on Tuesday July 17.
    * Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
    * Forecast to rise above flood stage by Monday July 16 and continue
    to rise to near 35.5 feet by Tuesday July 17. The river will fall
    below flood stage by late Tuesday July 17.
    * At 36.0 feet...Businesses in low lying areas near the river are
    flooding.
