    Madison County in southwestern Tennessee...
    * Until noon CDT.
    * At 1001 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
    and a few thunderstorms. Up to an inch of rain has fallen in the
    past hour. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
    drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to 6 inches of rain has fallen over the past couple of days so
    the ground is saturated.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Jackson, Humboldt, Fairview, Three Way, Bemis, Mercer, Carroll,
    Medon, Neely, Pinson, Huntersville, Westover, Madison Hall,
    Uptonville, Gilmore, Maple Grove, Leighton, East Union, Malesus and
    Youngs Crossing.

    State Park, Adamsville, Burnsville, Glen, Pickwick Dam, Shiloh,

    Stantonville and Blythe Crossing.
    Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
