    The Flash Flood Watch continues for
    * Portions of North Mississippi and West Tennessee, including
    the following areas, in North Mississippi, Alcorn and
    Tishomingo. In West Tennessee, Benton, Carroll, Chester,
    Decatur, Hardin, Henderson, Henry, McNairy, and Weakley.
    * Until 7 AM CDT this morning
    * Rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches are possible.
    * Some flash flooding is possible. In addition, you can expect
    rises to occur on area creeks and streams, and possibly along
    larger rivers as well.

    of the Midsouth late this morning and through the majority of the
    afternoon hours, with heaviest rainfall likely occurring over
    northeast Mississippi.

    AFTERNOON...
    The Flash Flood Watch continues for
    * Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, and West
    Tennessee, including the following areas, in East Arkansas,
    Crittenden, Lee, Phillips, and St. Francis. In North
    Mississippi, Benton, Coahoma, DeSoto, Lafayette, Marshall,
    Panola, Quitman, Tallahatchie, Tate, Tunica, and Yalobusha. In
    West Tennessee, Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Fayette,
    Hardeman, Haywood, Henderson, Madison, Shelby, and Tipton.
    * Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon
    * Additional rainfall of 2 to 4 inches.
    * Urban areas, lowlands adjacent to rivers and streams, and low
    water crossings will be the most vulnerable to the heavy
    downpours.
