    * At 639 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, some with moderate
    to briefly heavy rain, moving across the advisory area. With the
    ground already saturated from earlier rainfall, this additional
    rain will cause flooding of some streams and creeks as well as
    ponding of water in poor drainage areas.

    Alcoa, Kingston, Sweetwater, Rockwood, Loudon, Madisonville,
