    * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
    * Maximum forecast stage of 9.3 feet on Thursday October 18.
    * Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
    * The river rose above flood stage Wednesday October 17 and will
    continue rising to near 9.3 feet by Thursday October 18. The river
    will fall below flood stage by mid day Thursday October 18.
    * At 9.0 feet...Farmland near the river is flooded.
