    * At 623 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
    the advisory area. Doppler radar estimates up to two inches of rain
    have already fallen.

    Lebanon, Lafayette, Carthage, Celina, Gainesboro, Hartsville,
    Watertown, Gordonsville, Red Boiling Springs, South Carthage,
    Alexandria, Tuckers Crossroads, Whitleyville, Moss, Bugtussle,
    Dixon Springs, Pleasant Shade, Dickerson Chapel Recreation Area,
    Cedars Of Lebanon State Park and Granville.
    Additional rainfall of 1 inch is expected over the area. This
    additional rain may result in minor flooding.
