...Patchy Dense Fog early this Morning...
The combination of light winds...mostly clear skies and near
saturated soils will produce patchy dense fog across portions of
the Midsouth through 9 am. Fluctuating visibilities may drop to a
quarter of a mile at times. Travelers should be cautious of
quickly changing visibilities...especially near lakes...rivers and
other low lying areas.
