    South central Weakley County in northwestern Tennessee...
    Gibson County in northwestern Tennessee...
    Northwestern Carroll County in northwestern Tennessee...
    * Until 1230 AM CDT.
    * At 1008 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Humboldt, Milan, Trenton, Bradford, Atwood, Medina, Trezevant,
    Gibson, Tuckers Corner, Gibson Wells, Good Luck, Cades, New
    Enterprise, Ledbetter, Staffords Store, Sitka, Brazil, Vaughns
    Grove, Barrons Corner and Gann.
    Additional rainfall of up to a half of an inch is expected over the
    area. This additional rain will result in continued minor flooding.
