    * Until 930 AM CDT.
    * At 755 AM CDT, officials from Moore County reported that flowing
    water had led to numerous road closures in that county. Between
    one and two inches of rain have already fallen, and with
    additional heavy rainfall poised to move into the region flash
    flooding is expected to begin shortly.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Winchester, Lynchburg, Decherd, Estill Springs, Tims Ford Lake,
    Mulberry, Chestnut Ridge, Harmony, Belleville and Hurdlow.
