    .High pressure will settle over the Mid-South tonight. Clear and
    light winds will result in excellent radiational cooling
    conditions. Temperatures will fall well below freezing across much
    of the Mid-South. Portions of Northeast Arkansas, the Missouri
    Bootheel, West Tennessee, and Northeast Mississippi will fall
    well into the 20s late tonight into Wednesday morning.
