    Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM PDT this morning.
    * VISIBILITIES...1/4 mile or less at times.
    * TIMING...Through 10 AM.
    * IMPACTS...Motorists should be prepared for abrupt changes in
    visibilities over short distances when traveling through Clark
    County, the Portland metro and in spots around the central
    Willamette Valley including McMinnville, Aurora and Salem.
