    Snow has largely ended along the East Slopes of the Oregon
    Cascades early this morning. While a few light snow showers
    remain, no significant additional accumulation is expected this
    morning.

    .An upper low will move slowly across southern Oregon into Idaho
    today. Moisture wrapping around this low will create bands of
    snow showers that will result in decent accumulations across
    portions of the John Day Basin, the Ochoco-John Day highlands and
    Wallowa County.

    * WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total
    snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected.
