    .A weather system moving across the region will produce strong
    winds this afternoon and evening. Winds will increase following a
    cold frontal passage and then gradually decrease overnight.
    ...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS EVENING...
    The National Weather Service in Pendleton has issued a High Wind
    Warning...which is in effect until 10 PM PST this evening.
    * WINDS...Southwest 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph.
    * TIMING...Strongest winds in the afternoon and evening.
    * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
    Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
    especially for high profile vehicles. The strong winds combined
    with snow above 4500 feet could create some blizzard like
    conditions.
