    * TEMPERATURES...Low temperatures of 26 to 32 degrees at
    affected locations.
    * TIMING...Temperatures will begin falling early Monday morning
    with the coldest temperatures occurring between 5 and 8 AM.
    Temperatures will rise quickly between 8 and 9 AM.
    * IMPACTS...Freezing temperatures over a period of 2 to 3 hours
    can damage sensitive vegetation. Patchy frost may also form on
    some surfaces.
