    Western Grant County in central Oregon...
    * Until 1115 PM PDT
    * At 853 PM PDT, local law enforcement reported mudslides and
    rockslides in the Monument area. Flooding has also been observed
    in Mount Vernon. Doppler radar continues to show light to moderate
    rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mount Vernon, Long Creek, Dayville, Monument, Hamilton, Fox and
    Ritter.
    Excessive rainfall over the warned area will cause mud slides near
    steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and
    other loose materials.
