    The National Weather Service in Pendleton has issued a Heat
    Advisory...which is in effect from 8 PM this evening to 8 PM PDT
    Friday.
    * TEMPERATURES...Highs of 95 to 105 today, and in the 90s Friday.
    Low temperatures tonight in the upper 50s to mid 60s can be
    expected.
    * TIMING...Through Friday evening.
    * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures will increase chances for heat
    related illness especially for those without access to air
    conditioning. Heat stress is also possible for livestock and
    outdoor pets.
