    the Flash Flood Watch is now in effect for
    * a portion of northeast Oregon, including the following area,
    Wallowa County.
    * Until 5 AM PDT Saturday
    * Heavy rain showers and possible thunderstorms will continue
    across Wallowa county into early Saturday morning.
    * Areas most prone to flash flooding include small creeks and
    streams in steep terrain, wildfire burn scars, and normally
    dry washes. Rock slides and debris/water flows over roadways
    are possible in these areas.
