    * TEMPERATURES...Highs today of 100 to 110 for the lower
    elevations and 95 to 105 for the mountains and higher plateaus.
    * TIMING...Through early this evening.
    * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures will increase chances for heat
    related illness especially for those without access to air
    conditioning. Heat stress is also possible for livestock and
    outdoor pets.
