    Northeastern Malheur County in southeastern Oregon...
    * Until 645 PM MDT
    * At 351 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.
    * Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    the canyons just west of Double Mountain - Rock Canyon and Sand
    Hollow. The water will be routed downstream into the
    Malheur River and towards Vale from there.
