SATURDAY...
The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* portions of northeast Oregon and southeast Oregon, including
the following areas, in northeast Oregon, Baker County. In
southeast Oregon, Harney County and Malheur County.
* until 3 AM MDT /2 AM PDT/ Saturday.
* Thunderstorms with heavy rain...up to 2 inches in some areas...
will move across the area tonight. These storms may also bring
wind gusts near 60 mph.
* Impacts: Areas most prone to flash flooding include small
creeks and streams in steep terrain, wildfire burn scars, and
normally dry washes. Rock slides and debris/water flows over
roadways are possible in these areas. These can be deep and
fast enough to wash vehicles away.
