    * WHAT...Heavy snow at times, with blowing and drifting snow. New
    snow accumulations of 10 to 18 inches above 3500 feet, and 5 to
    10 inches below 3500 feet. Snow showers will decrease later
    Sunday night. In addition, expect colder temperatures will drop
    into the 20s tonight, then into the teens Sunday night.
