    Eastern Lane County in western Oregon...
    * Until 800 PM PDT..
    * At 458 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding in the
    advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.
    Separation Fire and Nash Fire burn areas are the most likely places
    to experience minor flooding or minor debris flows.
