    minor flooding in poor drainage areas in Northeast Umatilla County
    in northeast Oregon...
    * Until 145 PM PST Thursday
    * At 815 AM PST Wednesday, the public reported minor flooding
    continuing 7 miles east of Milton Freewater along the North Fork
    of the Walla Walla River. Minor flooding is expected to continue
    through Thursday and impact residential property and fields along
    and near the river.
    * Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of northeast Umatilla
    County.
