    Warning, which is in effect from 3 AM to 9 AM PDT Monday.
    * TEMPERATURES...30-32F
    * TIMING...Late tonight and early Monday morning.
    * LOCATIONS...The northern half of Clark County including Battle
    Ground, Hockinson and Salmon Creek and stretches of the lower
    Columbia River and I-5 corridor between Scappoose and Castle
    Rock including St Helens, Kelso and Longview.
    * IMPACTS...Freezing temperatures could kill sensitive
    vegetation and damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
