    * Winds...South 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 50 mph.
    * Timing...Winds will continue into this evening then diminish.
    * Locations include...Southern Lake and eastern Modoc counties.
    This includes Lakeview, Alturas, and local highways including
    much of highway 395.
    * Impacts...Driving will be difficult, especially for high
    profile vehicles. Loose objects may be blown away.
