    Warning, which is in effect from 3 AM to 9 AM PDT Monday.
    * TEMPERATURES...28-32F.
    * TIMING...Late tonight and early Monday morning.
    * LOCATIONS...Central and southern Willamette Valley. More
    specifically, areas south and east of Salem in the Willamette
    Valley will be most susceptible to below freezing temperatures
    including Aumsville, Stayton, Lebanon, Corvallis and the
    Eugene/Springfield metro.
    * IMPACTS...Freezing temperatures could kill sensitive
    vegetation and damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
