...WINTER STORM WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...
.A storm off the northwest coast will bring abundant moisture and
gusty winds to the northern Intermountain Region Wednesday night
through Friday. Heavy amounts of snow are possible in the
mountains of northeast Oregon and in Idaho north of the Snake
Basin. Warmer air will change the snow to rain below 4000 feet
Thursday. A cold front Friday morning will change the rain back
to snow in the valleys, but higher elevations will have snow
throughout.

TO 10 AM PST THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total
snow accumulations up to two inches, with localized amounts up
to 5 inches, are expected.
* WHERE...Baker County zone.
* WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 10 AM PST Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times.
