    Eastern Baker County in northeastern Oregon...
    * Until 745 PM MDT/645 PM PDT/
    * At 642 PM MDT/542 PM PDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due
    to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
    area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. An additional
    half inch is expected. The area is between Richland and Brownlee
    Dam, to the southeast of Halfway.
    * The location that will experience flooding is...land just to the
    west of the northern portion of Brownlee Reservoir.
