    .Moisture will continue to spread across the area through Friday
    which combines with both strong daytime heating and an
    approaching upper trough. The lower portions of the airmass remain
    dry, therefore initially little if any rain is expected. As the
    upper trough begins to swing into the Pacific Northwest Friday,
    improving threat of both thunderstorms and rainfall are expected.
