    Valley and Upper Weiser River Basin is expanding into more areas.
    It is moving into portions of northern Malheur County, western
    Ada County, valleys in the western Boise Mountains, and valleys
    in southern Baker County.

    Advisory, which is in effect until 11 AM MST /10 AM PST/ Monday.
