    * Until 645 PM EDT
    * At 351 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Torrential rainfall is occurring with some of these
    storms. Rainfall amounts of over an inch have already fallen in
    some areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor
    flooding in the advisory area. Area streams and creeks will become
    elevated. Additional storms are likely through the evening.

    Wooster, Millersburg, Orrville, Berlin, Rittman, Walnut Creek,
    Killbuck, Holmesville, Glenmont, Mount Eaton, Nashville,
