The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has extended
the
* Flood Warning for...
North central Washington County in southeastern Ohio...
* Until noon EDT.
* At 901 AM EDT, Duck Creek at Whipple was receding, with a current
stage reading of 12.25 feet. At stages between 11 and 13 feet,
sections of state route 26, 821, and 145 floods. The creek should
drop below flood later this morning, but more rainfall early this
afternoon could send it back into flood.
