    Northern Warren County in southwestern Ohio...
    * Until 630 PM EDT.
    * At 434 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain in
    northern Warren County. An estimated 2 inches of rain has fallen
    since 530 pm, with up to an inch of additional rain possible
    through 530 pm.
    * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
    streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
