    * Until 745 AM EDT.
    * At 349 AM EDT, radar indicated an area of heavy rain that was
    nearly stationary over the advisory area. Radar and rain gauges in
    the area have estimated that between 1 and 2 inches of rain has
    already fallen, with another 1 to 2 inches of rain possible in the
    next several hours.
    * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
    streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
