    was located near Middlefield, or 14 miles southeast of Chardon,
    moving southeast at 25 mph.
    HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

    IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
    shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
