The Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, in northeast Ohio, Mahoning,
Portage, Stark, Summit, and Trumbull. In northwest
Pennsylvania, Crawford.
* Through this afternoon
* Additional rainfall of a quarter to half inch will be possible
through mid morning. We will continue to monitor the flow
of water to area rivers with rises already noted on several of
them.
* Area creeks and streams will see rises through the afternoon.
