The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, in northeast Ohio, Ashtabula
Inland, Holmes, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Trumbull, and Wayne.
In northwest Pennsylvania, Crawford.
* Through Monday morning
* Another 1 to 2 inches of rain is expected through the overnight
hours with locally higher amounts possible. The greatest totals
are expected east of a line from Canton to Meadville. This
amount of rain could cause main stem rivers, streams and creeks
to go out of their banks causing flooding. Some localized areas
could see flash flooding due to heavy rain on saturated soils.
* Main stem river threats could include threats to property
along the river banks due to flooding.
