    * Until 800 AM EDT.
    * At 502 AM EDT, minor flooding was reported across central parts of
    Scioto County. Persistent showers across the advisory area may
    lead to more minor flooding early this morning.
    * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will continue to occur. In addition, farmland near
    creeks, streams and drainage ditches will continue to experience
    minor flooding.
