    Michigan and northwestern Ohio.
    * WIND...Southwest 15 to 25 with gusts to 30 mph this afternoon.
    * TEMPERATURES...Low to mid 80s.
    * HUMIDITY...25 to 30 percent, locally lower in some areas.
    * IMPACTS...The combination of strong winds, low relative
    humidity, exceptionally dry fuels, and warm temperatures will
    promote extremely dangerous behavior of any fires. Any
    outdoor burning is strongly discouraged until conditions
    improve.
