  • The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
    * Flood Advisory for...
    Northern Preble County in west central Ohio...
    Southwestern Darke County in west central Ohio...
    Northwestern Montgomery County in west central Ohio...
    * Until 930 PM EDT.
    * At 333 PM EDT, flooding was reported in the village of New Madison
    in southwest Darke County. Three to four inches of rain has fallen
    in the advisory area over the past 24 hours, and additional rounds
    of rainfall producing a tenth to two tenths of an inch per hour is
    expected this afternoon.
    * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will continue to occur. In addition, farmland near
    creeks, streams and drainage ditches will continue to experience
    minor flooding.

    Dayton, Trotwood, Englewood, Arcanum, Lewisburg, New Paris, New
    Madison, Clayton, Union, Brookville, New Lebanon, Wayne Lakes,
    Phillipsburg, Eldorado, Verona, West Manchester, Hollansburg, Ithaca,
    Castine and Interstate 70 at US Route 127.
