    effect snow bands will extend south from Lake Huron across Lake
    Erie into the secondary snowbelt today. Wind chill values of zero
    to 5 below can be expected.

    MORNING...
    * WHAT...Light snow will continue to fall across the warning area
    with additional accumulations of 1 to 3 inches expected. The
    highest amounts will occur over Erie and Crawford counties in
    Pennsylvania. Gusty winds to 30 MPH will cause blowing and
    drifting of the snow along with wind chills down to 5 below
    zero. Visibilities will be reduced to a quarter mile or less in
    the blowing and falling snow.

    * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

    visibility at times.
