  • The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
    * Flood Advisory for...
    South central Pickaway County in central Ohio...
    * Until 1115 PM EDT.
    * At 820 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain were
    moving back into the region and will bring another round of heavy
    rain. Law enforcement reported some high water on Routes 104 and
    138 from the earlier thunderstorms.
    * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
    streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.

    Circleville, Logan Elm Village and State Route 138 at US Route 22.
