    * Until 500 PM EDT.
    * At 1254 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain had
    closed several roads along Wakatomika Creek, as well as a few
    roads near Roseville.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Zanesville, New Concord, South Zanesville, North Zanesville,
    Dresden, Frazeysburg, Philo, Pleasant Grove, Gratiot, Fultonham,
    Norwich and Cannelville.
